Service Description

We are all lifelong learners! We offer several PD solutions for both schools and other organizations looking to start, sustain, or scale their equity work. Topics include: Recruiting and Retaining High Quality BIPOC faculty and staff, Anti-Racist Teaching 101, Engaging Stakeholders in Equity Work, Culturally Responsive Classroom Management and much more. We also offer the option to customize a PD package to fit the exact needs of your organize. Our PDs are not “sit and get”. Our participants actively engage and walk away with actionable tools and strategies!
